If you are feeling sick please know that we appreciate you letting us know and rescheduling your appointment! There will be no fee charged the first time you reschedule or cancel your appointment. A fee of 50% of the total service price will be charged for each subsequent rescheduling of your appointment. No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed service. Arriving later than 15 minutes to your appointment time will be counted as a no-show. If you are running late or can’t make your appointment please contact your stylist directly as soon as possible to let them know. We are all self-employed and if you don’t show up for your appointment we lose income.
